Short Term Mission TripsWe had two short-term missions trips in 2011 and once again, this year. We have a vision of continually expanding our view of the mission of God through His Church and these trips are just one way of doing that. When we consider where to go with short-term trips, one of our primary desires is to go where we can form a long-term relationship. Though these trips may seem short, they provide opportunities to pray and lift up the Church around the world, to serve and to observe.

| PURPOSE: | to help these orphans, who are so often taken advantage of or imprisoned as they leave the orphanage, gain the skills needed to adjust to living in the Ukrainian society. Just this past February, the church received permission to begin this ministry and we are excited about the opportunity to be on the ground floor of this Kingdom building work. |
| PROGRAM: | we assisted with the local Ukrainian Christians in teaching these classes, leading games and crafts, teaching basic English (as so many want to learn from Americans), and generally spreading the love of Christ through our words and actions to children so hungry for the love of God. |
